1. Platform Service Scope and Eligibility Requirements

All products listed on our website have been curated by our team of tech enthusiasts, from carbon fiber texture rugged phone cases for industrial use, to MagSafe-compatible magnetic leather texture cases for professional office scenarios, and a full range of certified Type-C adapters, charging cables, docking hubs, and portable gadgets that fit nearly all standard Type-C consumer devices on the market.

To be eligible to use our platform services, you must meet the following basic requirements:

We will not be held liable for any financial loss or damage caused by your failure to protect your account credentials, or your delay in reporting an account security breach.

We never request users to share their account passwords, payment card full numbers, or two-factor authentication codes via unsolicited emails or phone calls. If you receive any communication claiming to be from MOBI-AZ that asks for this sensitive information, please contact our official support team immediately to verify the legitimacy of the message.

You may submit a request to permanently delete your user account at any time by contacting our support team. After account deletion is confirmed, all your stored personal data will be processed in line with the requirements outlined in our published Privacy Policy, and you will lose all access to your historical order records, saved shopping cart items, and exclusive member benefits associated with the deleted account.

3. Product Information, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

We make every effort to display all product details on www.mobi-az.com as accurately as possible, including product color, texture, functionality specifications, and real-life application scenarios. However, due to individual screen calibration differences across different electronic devices, we cannot 100% guarantee that the actual physical color of the product you receive will be exactly identical to the display effect on your monitor, as long as the product core functionality and protection performance matches the description on the product detail page.

All product prices listed on our website are denominated in Euros (EUR), and include applicable Slovenian value-added tax (VAT) for all domestic orders within Slovenia. Prices for cross-border orders shipped to other EEA member states are calculated in compliance with local tax regulations, and no hidden customs fees will be charged for deliveries within the European Economic Area. We reserve the right to adjust product pricing and run promotional activities at any time at our sole discretion, but the price of an order you have already completed payment for will never be retroactively changed.

When you submit an order and complete payment on our platform, this action constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products from us. Our official acceptance of your purchase contract only takes effect when we send you a separate order dispatch confirmation email, not at the moment your payment is processed. In very rare cases where a product you order is marked as in stock on the website but actually runs out of inventory due to unforeseen supply chain delays, we will notify you of this situation within 2 business days, and offer you three alternative options: wait for the restock of your selected product for a confirmed maximum waiting period, exchange the product for another equivalent item of your choice, or receive a full refund of the corresponding order amount processed back to your original payment method.

We strictly prohibit users from submitting malicious bulk test orders, using automated bots to scrape product data or bulk purchase limited-edition products for resale arbitrage, or conducting any other disruptive order behaviors on our platform. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious order that meets these malicious criteria without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms and Transaction Security

  • Use our platform to conduct any fraudulent activities, including impersonating other users, forging payment receipts, or submitting false return claims to obtain products without payment.

  • Use our products for any illegal purposes that violate local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

Any violation of the above prohibited clauses will result in immediate temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account access rights. We also reserve the right to report serious illegal violations to local law enforcement authorities when necessary.

6. Return, Refund, and Shipping Terms Reference

All order shipping, delivery timeline, return eligibility, and refund resolution rules are strictly governed by the separate Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy published on our website footer, which are fully incorporated into these Terms of Service as supplementary binding clauses. As clearly stated in our Refund and Returns Policy, no standalone “refund only” requests that do not include the return of the original purchased physical product will be approved under normal circumstances. All refunds will only be processed after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the returned product meets the required resellable condition standards.

We guarantee all products sold on our platform come with a 12-month official quality guarantee that covers all manufacturing defects that occur during normal, intended use, as stated in our FAQ section. During the guarantee period, we will provide free exchange services for any products with verified factory quality issues, in line with consumer protection regulations.

Standard domestic orders within Slovenia are shipped out within 3 business days after payment confirmation, and standard shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your designated delivery address, with free standard shipping automatically applied for all orders over 30 EUR. We will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events including extreme natural disasters, official postal service strikes, or mandatory government public policy restrictions that are completely outside of our reasonable operational control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mobilna telefonija MOBI-AZ, Andraž Založnik s.p. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchased products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption losses, within the maximum scope permitted by applicable Slovenian and EU laws. Our total aggregate maximum liability for any dispute related to your order will never exceed the total actual amount you paid for the specific product that triggered the dispute.

We take all reasonable technical and organizational security measures to keep our website running stably, but we do not guarantee that our website access will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free from all potential cybersecurity threats at all times. We will perform regular system maintenance and security updates to minimize the impact of temporary service downtime, and notify users in advance via prominent website notice whenever a scheduled maintenance window will affect normal shopping functions.

Nothing in these Terms of Service will exclude or limit our liability for scenarios that cannot be legally excluded under mandatory consumer protection regulations, including personal injury caused by our verified defective products, or fraudulent misrepresentation of product features.

8. Modifications to Terms of Service and Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time to adapt to changes in our business operations, new regulatory requirements, or user feedback. When we make substantial modifications to the terms, we will post a 7-day prominent notice on the homepage of www.mobi-az.com, and send a notification to all registered users’ email addresses, clearly stating the effective date of the revised terms. Your continued use of our platform services after the revised terms take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated clauses.

These Terms of Service are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be resolved through friendly, good-faith negotiation between both parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for all legal proceedings will fall on the competent local courts in Slovenia, at our business location in Frankolovo.

If any individual clause in these Terms of Service is ruled to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a competent judicial or regulatory authority, the remaining clauses of this agreement will remain in full legal force and effect, and will not be affected by the invalidated single clause.
